Created to develop customer-oriented bakery products for food service companies, as well as proprietary products for national restaurant chains and retailers, our test kitchen has created desserts and bread specialties for customers not only nationwide, but internationally. Products have been developed for customers in Europe and South Africa, and we have given our assistance in setting up location manufacturing of these products.

During our twenty-five years in business, we have continued to work closely with multi-unit chain accounts, as well as food service accounts encompassing both the wholesale and retail markets.
